I think it depends on the situation. If I met a guy who was already wealthy and wanted me to sign one I would. If I went through the struggle too for him to get that money then I wouldn't.

If all the demands are met from him that I expect. I will be hiring a lawyer as well. I won't marry ANY MAN, RICH OR NOT and not look out for both myself and our future kids w/out knowing that WE WILL be tooken care of for the rest of our lives by him. If he makes the choice to marry me, the mother of his children then it is his responsibility to provide for our well being wheather the marriage survives or not.

Absolutely. I would insist on it. I might have more than he does.
