I'm pretty sure it would be. I mean, they don't even let you buy or sell guns LOL
-
YES! (Where'd you get it?)
-
Naaaaaaaaah, if you are looking for a long all expenses paid holiday on the Taxpayer you could always try it :) There is a Death Penalty for Treason and Terrorism and you would definitely get charged with one or the other.

Yah... If you were selling just non-weapons grade uranium on E-bay a lot of important people would suddenly become very suspicious and alarmed. I don't think you'd get far selling a nuclear weapon on the internet... ... Of course, if you have one to sell... >.> <.< There's always someone willing to buy, if you know where to look.
-
G'day technios, Thank you for your question. It is illegal to sell a nuclear weapon anywhere. Mind you, if you had one, I'm sure Kim Jong-Il or Mahmoud Ahmadinejad would be prepared to make you an offer. Regards
-
Ebay has a rule against selling ordnance and nuclear weapons are considered ordnance.
