Im spicy all the way with curry powder, cinnamons, cloves, nutmegs, pepper,dry chilies,tamarind,pickles etc.

Mostly spicy, sometimes tangy, sometimes sweet. I have my occasional sour days...I'm rarely bland.

I used to be very savory, but as I am now allergic to carroway, thyme, mustard and anise, I've been sharply curtailed. Parsley, oregano and basil are suspect too. So I am eating a lot of onion, garlic and margoram these days.

Sometimes my tastebuds want gentle, plain, simple, comfort food..so no spices, no garlic..just simple. Sometimes I'm in a saucy/spicy/jaunty mood..I pull out the Cumin, Spicy Curry Powder, Turmeric, Old Bay Seasoning, Red Pepper Flakes, Creole Seasoning, Pico de Gallo seasoning, Cayenne..you name, I've got it! :)
