  • Surreal comedy. Ever seen Garth Marenghi's Darkplace? Fantastic. [firing a shotgun at possessed kitchen equipment hovering outside his office window] "Hurry up, Liz, I can't hold these plates off forever!" "I've always loved the great tragedies, King Lear, The Poseidon Adventure, Superman 2." "Garth is the most significant artist that I've worked with and I've worked with Lulu and four other people, so were talking crème de la crème." A bit of Fry and Laurie was also amazing. Especially Fry's wordplay, his scripts must have taken forever to learn. The Letter was a sketch he performed in the Cellar Tapes for the Footlights Revue. Also, Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, an amazing read. See

  • My two year old son and the things he says and does. My daughter, who is now 13, when she says some random quick witted response when I'm fussing at her. I know she's trying to get out of trouble, and it usually works because she's dumbfounded me with her response, which is 9 times out of 10 really funny. She's also as sarcastic as I am, so arguements between us can be pretty funny. It drives my mom nuts to listen to us.

  • Hearing myself laugh. Seriously. I have the most obnoxious laugh ever. It goes in every pitch and sometimes a snort creeps in -- oh jeez. It's hilarious. And then another thing is how I act absolutely crazy in the presence of other people I don't know to get a reaction. For instance, my friend and I were in the parking lot at a store, blasting (well, for the most part blasting) random music, dancing and serenading passerbys through the window. Not to be annoying, just to bring a little laugh into people's day, and it worked =] Fun times.

"But it's okay now, right?"--three year old every time he hurts me...this time kissing my boo boo after wacking my knee with his sister's baton. "The kids in my class are stupid. I mean if the parents don't buy the presents and put them under the tree, who do they think is doing it?"--ten year old who will always believe...like Mom (:

  • Extremely random facial expressions. Picture this, there are three people sitting down, talking(in a tv show). The one in the middle of the three says something stupid or out of place in the conversation. The person sitting on the left of the other 2 gives the person who said the stupid statement a face, like she's thinking, "wtf did you just say?". Then she sort of does a doubletake and looks at that person twice. I start laughing histerically when someone does that, their face is priceless.
