• This sounds like a monitor problem. If this is a laptop, try connecting an external monitor. For a desktop, try switching the one you have...maybe borrow one from a friend, neighbor, schoolmate, etc. A computer repair shop will probably test your monitor for free also. Cheers!
  • Send for a repair is the only answer i guess
  • If you're in windows 10 then you've probably just turned on the "Night light" function which helps reduce eye strain. Click on the bottom right of the task bar and you should see a radio button for "night light" - turn it off by clicking on it.
