  • Date maybe, have sex nope. :-)
  • If date doesn't involve sex, sure, it is ok/legal.
  • Legally, no. What could you possibly have in common with a 15 year old? Males take longer to mature as it is. This could lead to some prison time for you though.
  • Dating? perhaps Anything other than dating? 15 will get you 20
  • Not sure why you would want to, but it's illegal. If anything were to happen to the child, you would probably be held responsible, your fault or not.
  • it seem to be illegal, but it would still seem a little off to me as an why is there a 20 year old interest in a 15 year old, but I would not have a problem with it because I would help to keep it a secret but would be cautious who I tell and walk with her in public
  • NOT IF IT WAS MY 15 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER!!!!
  • No. Both people should date people closer to their own age.
  • not okay- do you think its okay?
  • the 15 y/o shouldnt be dating until she is 16 anyway - and she should not be dating college boys
  • in most states an 18-20 year old is allowed to date and have sexual relations with a 16-17 year old, 15 is not legal when it comes to sex and you will be facing prison time if your caught having any sexual relations and will have statutory rape on your record for the better half of your life.
  • Whats the matter, the person can't find someone to date on their own maturity level? Heck no it's not okay! Don't you watch TV and see what happens to people on "To catch a predator".
  • No it is a completely unfair relationship.
  • Nope. She's still a kid. Not even thinking maturely. If the guy just wants booty then call a skank. Date someone in your age range someone thinking for the future and serious about life.
  • nope thats an adult with a child. In law enforcement, the term "pedophile" is generally used to describe those accused or convicted of the sexual abuse of a minor (including both prepubescent children and adolescent minors younger than the local age of consent).[
  • Its lame if thats what your asking. Most likely its illegal where you live. You should re- evaluate your own morals. If you dont see a problem with it then whos to tell you what to do. If you feel guilty about then you have an issue to resolve.
  • Legally, if you're having sex or the like then you could get into serious trouble, but if your friends are happy with each other then just tell them to keep it quiet.
  • If both ppl are truely happy and the older guy truely wants to be with the 15yo for the right reasons and not just sex then theres nothing wrong with it. If ppl are meant to be together theyre meant to be together. It just sounds bad right now because of where your at in your ages. it doesnt sound as bad if you say your 20 and hes 25. Granted you might want to keep options open because you are 15 and havent had that many partners so you dont really know what to look for or what you like and dont like and what not. Dont get caught up on the fact that, hes an older guy omg its so sexy. Just try to get to know him for who he is and dont let him get into your pants. If he truely wants to be with you because he likes you and he doesnt just want sex then he wont care if you want to wait before you guys get physical. Take it slow and dont let ppls opinions affect your own.
  • I remember in the 70's Rick Springfield and Linda Blair dated for a few years. She was 15 and he was 24. It seemed to be accepted then. I guess if the parents are ok with it.
  • I don't think that would be very acceptable to the parents of the 15 year old girl in this day and age. Everyone is a lot more cautious than they used to be. I would not allow my 15 year old daughter to date a 20 year old man. when she grows up and is more mature, then she can consider dating an older man.
  • I believe not sir. You need to go out and find someone, or multiple someones your own age.
  • I wouldn't risk it. Technically, "dating" is fine while sex is not. However, should the the younger become disgruntled and make any accusations, the older would have little or no viable defense, especially in a civil suit. So I would say go for it, but only if you feel like playing Russian roulette.
  • No,,you should find someone your own age..she is just a kid yet.
  • i am 15.... NO WAY!!! he is in a different stage of life. He is out of high school and everything is different. I dont think the relationship would even work out on top of the fact that i think that is gross!
  • No. once the girl is a senior and/or has a car and makes her own decisions in life yeah i think 5 yrs apart is fine. but until then she is weak in the fact she would be automatically enamored by the things the guy has and can do that she can't. they are at different stages in their life..
  • no not at all. i would hunt anyone who dated my 15 y/o neice and was over the age of 16! besides the morailty issues, the accusations of being a pedophile, the totally different tates in life and goals to reach and the maturity / immaturity of the people in the relationship, i dont think the parents on either side would agree to it.
  • if that includes sex then not acording to the law... the law sayes she is allowed to choose to have sex and even an abortion without her parrents knowing but she can only choose someone her age group. my stand is either she is old enough to be responsible for her reproductive health or she is not.
  • no thats gross
  • There are no laws that I am aware of concerning dating a 15 year old girl if you're a 20 year old male. However, there may be laws regarding how far you can go with her. Would I advise it in most cases? I most likely would not. Have I known people who have been in this kind of relationship? Yeah. In fact, I'm aware of one couple right now who is in that kind of relationship. I am quite understanding of this situation as I have liked a 19 year old who was turning 20 later in the year when I was 15 years old. It never went further than a crush because the age difference was just too much and I honestly felt like he didn't really mean it when he'd tell me he loved me. The next year, he had a girlfriend. My conclusion? This is not the kind of relationship I'd advise. If you really love her, you'll wait until she's older. If she really loves you, she'll wait until she's older. The chances of either of you being around by the time she's 18 are very slim.... there's probably less than a 50/50 chance that you two will still like each other.
  • Thats never ok! From what I have seen.. most grown men who date young teenagers are never doing it for the right reasons.
  • No. Why would you want to put yourself in high school again and deal with high school issues? Find a WOMAN your own age, not a girl who will most likely have some issues regarding relationship cause she has no experience. Maybe in the olden days this was ok, but thats because girls got married at like 18 or 19. Not anymore my friend. Just saving you headaches from the drama and issues you really don't need to deal with.
  • No and it's also illegal...He's probably after only one thing and thinks a younger and more naive girl is more likely to give it to him
  • I believe age is nothing but a number. Back in the old days there were 14 yr olds marrying 30 yr olds, so why is it so bad now? just because society says it is
  • just be careful of statutory rape laws...as the old saying goes, "15 can get you 20..."
  • yeah if they really like each other age shouldnt matter
  • it looks wrong because both of you guys are young, and she's only 15 but i dont see it bad because once she turns 30 ur gonna be 35...thats not bad...but be very careful
  • Um...........is it ok if we all hold you down & violate your orifaces with rusty objects, then soak you down in rubbing alcohol? the answer to this is the same as the answer to your original question......sick piece of garbage.
  • Ask Miley Cyrus.
  • Uh...NO!
  • NO. What kind of pedophile are you? Look for a girl near your own age. When you are 25 and she is 20, ask me again. I'll have a different answer then.
  • No she a minor wait till she 18.
  • As long as you're wearing bulletproof gear to escape her father when he finds out.
  • There is nothing wrong with a 20 y/o male dating a 15 y/o girl as long as her parents have given permission. Society and the law say it should not be allowed. Back in the 1950s I dated 14 to 18 y/o girls when I was 21 to 24. Parents didn't object back then like they do today. Back just over 100 years ago many girls were married by 12 to 13 y/o usually to older men.
  • As long as you're wearing bulletproof gear to escape her father when he finds out.
