It depends on how much you drank, and your metabolism.

i was always told that for a 160 pound person, a typical drink (e.g., one beer, one shot of liquor, one glass of wine) yielded an increase of .02 in the Blood Alcohol Content. Conveniently, the typical system burns .02 of alcohol per hour. So, if you live in a state with a .08 BAC, you could drink 4 drinks in a little over one hour and then one drink per 60.01 minutes thereafter. of course, processing speed varies with age, physical size, exercise and metabolism. women who weigh 100 pounds will end up with a much higher BAC than a man of 300 pounds. It's always safest to calculate very conservatively or, better still, identify a designated driver. i've noticed the smell of alcohol pouring through pores of patients a day after they'd been drinking, so, minute traces are likely still detectable even a day after.

It's different for everyone but (sobriety wise), the old rule of thumb is 1 hour for the equivalent of every drink (1 beer, 1 glass of wine, 1 shot of whiskey etc.)

Eggs are used in some detox centers but I'm not sure if this helps pull the alcohol out or if it just helps to reduce the DT's; either way, it couldn't hurt.

Drink a lot of water frequently to flush them out.

If you mean for a test then you're looking at about 72 hours. Up to three days later it can be detected. I suggest a lot of water and coffee. Any of the usual system flush kits for other uses will also work.
