Why not get one of those hideous inflatable blow up dolls? I understand three holes go with the boobs. I think if I resorted to either, I would just hang myself.

Water balloons! LOL Unless you want to really put some time and effort into it, then you'll need clay or plaster of paris for the molds, and silicone seal or liquid latex for the actual parts. Check with various prosthetics and movie prop websites for more ideas.
