Yes. Being a Christian Republican in college often means that people either don't understand or dislike me without getting to know me. I know people with other issues who feel the same way. Especially my vegetarian friends. Many of them decline even to say why they decided to give up meat because so many people have ridiculed them.
-
I get tired of antagonistic people attacking anything they don't understand or agree with simply because they've apparently got nothing better to do... it doesn't matter if it's something that I personally believe in or not...
-
No, I don't get tired of defending what I believe in. Actually, I don't get challenged about my convictions or strong beliefs very often. The fact that I do not try to force my beliefs on others may or may not have something to do with it.
-
I've lost lots of my beliefs because of these fights but never got tired of fighting/-
-
Yes...people seem to be so close minded and stuck on the beliefs of today's world, that they don't want to hear a thing about what I believe...it just gets frustrating..
-
Hell no even if it gets me into trouble with the law cause integrity is a big part of my beliefs I was taught it and it was grounded and stuffed into me in the military and that's that
-
I am rarely, if ever, put in the position of having to defend my beliefs. If the occasion arises and I feel like weighing in, it was my choice so I wouldn't be tired of it! :)
-
I never get the chance :(
-
Not at all, but it does get tiresome to see what I truly deeply believe in get tore up and abused by whiny anti-American liberal hater-types.
-
I was, but still didn't give in. Turns out I was right. I'll remember that next time I second guess myself.
-
Not when I have my trusty truth defending sword :-)
-
God, give us grace to accept with serenity the things that cannot be changed, courage to change the things that should be changed, and the wisdom to distinguish the one from the other.
-
Never, because if not I wouldn't truly believe in it. >P
-
Yes, it is not difficult to get tired to the point of discouragement momentarily. The spirit is willing but the flesh is weak. But we are often reminded that we should press on and remain steadfast in what we believe in.
-
Sometimes, but after some rest i start again
-
On the facade I'll agree with whatever they will say, then hit hard while they sleep! lol. nah but I'd love to do that
-
No because I do not bother. I tell people what I believe but I do not think I need to defend my beliefs. I do not try to preach or convert so there is no need for me to try to convince anyone.
-
Never. Live and let die. My 2 cents.
-
Sometimes. But if you dont stand for something, then you'll fall for everything.
-
no
-
Yes, why can't everyone just believe in everything i believe in..lol Life would be much easier..:)
-
No, I don't feel the need to defend what I believe in. :)
-
From my name you can tell that I believe in british culture and support the british party's. I hate people who oppose a political party purely on the basis of what other people say when they clearly know nothing about them.
-
Sometimes. If it falls on deaf ears, there is no point in continuing to try and make a point so I give up.
-
Yes, but I battle on. The values, principles and liberty that I believe in are worth fighting for, even against the odds.
-
Nope because I don't try to defend it.
-
Well; I don't really DEFEND what I believe in , so much as I REPETE what I believe in and WHY .... I won't agrue about my beliefs here on anywhere or with anyone .... I have MY beliefs .. and everyone else is entitled to his or her own beliefs ...
-
Yes. Where I live, everyone is a bigot, so I get pretty disheartened sometimes and just want to crawl under a rock away from them, and sleep.
-
No, because I base my beliefs on facts, which makes them easy to defend and hard for reasonable people to refute.
