No, their babies come from eggs.

Frogs lay eggs, and the tadpoles get all the nourishment from the material in the frog spawn until they are old enough to feed themselves. But I think to be *really* sure you should go out with a magnifying glass and carefully examine as many frogs as you can, preferably on a cold day. :)
