Only the purchase price of the bluetooth (at least for me) there is no per min. charge.

If you have a bluetooth enabled phone, then it won't cost you to use the bluetooth if you already have some bluetooth devices (e.g., bluetooth on the computer or a bluetooth headset). If you don't have any other bluetooth devices, then it will cost you to purchase those devices so that you can use the bluetooth you already have on your phone. But to actually use the bluetooth on your phone costs you absolutely nothing.
