Nope.
-
no way
-
In fact I would distract the clerk so that he can sneak out.
-
No way, and I'd help
-
i'd pay for the food and ask if i could help them out
-
I'd pay for it. :( That's a really sad question.
-
I tell and have them just keep an eye on what the person got with the understanding i would pay for what was taken.
-
I wouldnt involve if i sensed that the person steals something minor that he need badly. But if i ever see a scum stealing something for fun, he better be prepared for some punches too .
-
I wouldnt tell on him..I'd try to pay for it so the guilty side of me would be at peace..on the other hand..if you think about it if he got in trouble he would get 3 meals a day,a bed, a shower, if he was in jail/prison and wouldnt be hungry enough to steal...so I dont know really but my gut tells me I wouldnt
-
I would stop them so they didnt get into trouble for stealing and offer to pay for the food for them. Then see if the local helping hand program had room to help this person get there life back on track.
-
Naaaaa
-
If they were just trying to be sneaky, I would pretend I did not notice, but would give them a card from the food bank I volunteer at. If, however, they were dumb enough to try armed robbery, or any other type of forceful theft, they would wake up in a hospital with a cop beside them.
-
how would you know if they were homeless? people are not as they seem.
-
It depends what they were stealing. If I liked it, then I'd pay and split it with them. If I didn't like it then I'd stand and watch innocently.
-
No. If I had enough money I'd help them out.
-
To someone else I would not, but I would walk up to the homeless person and tell her/him to take what is needed that I will pay for it and then would wait till the person is finished and would go pay for it. Regards.
-
i probably wudnt saying anything. if i had money on me n they werent buying much i wud pay for it.
-
I would track him and see how far he gets, I wouldn't grass him up though.
-
No. Particularly in this times. They could very well be stealing that food to feed their children
-
No! obviously they need it if they are stealing it
-
if they are stealing food nop but if thye are stealing alcohol yeahh
-
no. i don't care.
-
Yes. Someone else's dire straights doesn't justify their raising my food costs, not even a fraction of a cent.
-
I would hand him some steaks and tell him i have five bucks waiting outside for him.
-
i wouldnt do anything. stores have cameras. even the clerks are told not to do anything unless they get held up with a gun. when you help someone, you can be sure they will want you to help them again and again. if you blow the whistle, then they will harass you later in some manner.
-
No, I wouldn't.
-
Yes, I would offer to buy what they were trying to steal. If you steal from someone who needs to pay bills as well no one ends off well. If anyone can help anyone else then they should.
-
yes, they can get three squares and a bed for awhile.
-
nope
-
No I would not, but I would give him some money and a smile. Who am I to judge? I can only keep track of myself to know that I am doing the right thing. Other than that my only job in this world is to help other people, not police them over petty matters.
-
no i wouldn't.
-
No it is not my job as they have people they pay for that.
-
If I actually saw that I'd offer to buy them some food. Les Miserables by Victor Hugo is all about exactly that.
-
If he's stealing food, get him arrested. He will not have money for bail and he will be locked up,have a place to sleep and they will feed him.
-
no
-
I didn't see sh*t.
-
No I would buy them what they needed! and help them get a job! If they had a family I would take them in with mine!
-
never ...some people are so bad off ..they can get food without causing harm to someone ...so be it
-
Nope.
-
Yeah, i would say "here", and hand him some money. He's already having it bad enough as it is.
-
I'd have the person put the item in my shopping cart.
