I really hate school but i want to get a good job. i am good in class but not getting good marks in tests so help me please.!

As a rule teachers use a variety of teaching styles to help you learn i.e. visual, aural, kinesthetic, etc. Some people favour one style more than others, lucky ones like a bit of each. It might be that the way you revise for tests is not really your way of learning so it goes in one ear and out the other! Try taking an online learning style test (Honey and Mumford do one); this should identify your best way to learn and remember facts. Once you know your style then you can use this way of learning the most often. Good luck, it is super that you want to get on. Regards

Go to truck driving school in place of college. In three weeks or so, depending on the school, you'll get a good career with nice pay that's actually fun to do. The best of all worlds, really.
