Concert promoters dont let them do certain pyros and driving from city to city with all the explosives leads to more insurance costs and at the end of the days, it not cost affective to tour..." If you look at the dates they've announced so far, there are a lot of other countries still missing (Russia, Japan, anywhere in South America, etc.). I've seen an interview where TIll said that he loves playing in Russia, so I don't think they'd leave that out. I think they're just waiting until it's closer to the release of their new album before they announce the details of a world tour. It's also one of the most common places that they've toured outside of Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. So just be patient, I'm sure they're coming here and will announce it soon enough..."
