Anyone know of a culinary school that is part time in the chicagoland area?

I worked at a culinary school teaching some non-culinary classes. A lot of culinary classes seemed longer than conventional classes but otherwise the format was not so different that conventional college classes. The format seemed compatible for part time students. They had both day and night classes but all classes were part of a degreed program which is very different than taking a couple of "cooking classes". I assume other schools are similar but that was on the west coast.
