Who came first: the dinosaurs, or Adam and Eve?

Dinosaur wasn't even a word until 1842. Adam and Eve came way before that. But, if you are referring to giant lizards, then I'll say the lizards came first.

Dinosaurs and Adam & Eve are out of two different storylines. They are not compatible with each other - like taking a character from a child's fairy story and putting it into a gritty urban thriller.

Dinosaurs came before Adam and Eve. God created all of the animals except humans on the fifth day and he created Adam and Eve on the sixth day. Now then, just how much time there actually was between these events is not really known. If you take the biblical account of creation literally, then it was just a day. However, if you take the Biblical account figuratively, then there is room for millions of years to have passed between the creation of dinosaurs and the creation of man.

According to Genesis Chapter 1, God created animals, and then Adam and Eve together, at the same time. According to Genesis Chapter 2, God created Adam, and then animals, and then Eve. According to all observable evidence, dinosaurs first appeared about 212 million years ago and Homo sapiens first appeared about 200,000 years ago. So, do you prefer to believe Genesis 1, Genesis 2, or observable evidence?

That's a damn good question because I don't think Genesis adequately answers it. There are millions of years between the dinosaurs and man - can someone explain it to me?

Animals were created first no matter which theory you believe. That is not debated. At least not by most of the world.
