K-2. No question 3 out of every 5 people who go onto K-2 die. A fairly good movie about it (if you ignore some of the science) is Vertical Limit. Without a doubt, K-2 is the suicide mountain of the world

While these two mountains may have a higher "per climber" death ratio, I believe that the Matterhorn in the Swiss/Italian Alps kills more people and may be the answer to this question. Every year there are dozens of deaths due to climbers underestimating the mountain - or overestimating their abilities. Far fewer people attempt K2 or Everest. Just my 2cents. TB Switzerland

The mountain with the highest climber fatality rate is Annapurna in the Himalayas. It is much more dangerous than K2. K2 has a fatality rate of 25%, Annapurna has a 40% fatality rate, it is very prone to avalanche activity.
