Start working your legs out. Leg curls, squats, calf-raises, etc.

I used to have thunder thighs and skinny calves like my dad until I gained too much weight in mid life. Now I don't have drumsticks any more . . . the whole leg is the same, lol. I'm losing weight now and we'll see if the calves stay as they've probably developed carrying my 150 lbs around!!
