What Does Viral Memory Mean? I occasionally get a message the Microsoft is adding more of it as mine is low. On the web all I found was places that sell some.

when your computer is low on Ram "random acess memory"your system uses more virtual memory. Virtual memory is when your computer uses your hardrive as memory this is slow and not as good as ram. All computers use virtual memory, but is not something you buy. Upgrade your ram if your compute is running slow

Viral memory is another name for Virtual memory. Basically it's a block of space on you hard-drive set aside by windows to keep your PC running smoothly! The less physical RAM you have the more Virtual memory is used to compensate. Also the more programmes you have running at the same time, the more Viral (or virtual) memory is used. You can configure it to only use so much. But in my humble oppinion, it's best left alone unless you really know what your doing.
