  • Your PS3 my not have been issued an IP Address by the router for whatever reason, check if it has one first then you can go from there.
  • Assuming you have an ip address, your PS3 may not know what the correct DNS server is. Apparently you have a connection to the router, so this means the PS3 has an IP and I assume you can send a ping signal to it. Check the modem and make sure it is connected. Try unpluging the modem, allow it to sit for 20 seconds then plug it back in and wait another minute for the modem to acquire an IP. Then unplug the router, wait 20 seconds, plug the router back in, and wait for the router to boot. Check the PS3's SSID and Security Key.
