    usually at 7 in the morning at least for sprint att verizon mostly all. Why dont you just contact your carrier to find out. But on all the phones that I have had through the years it has always been 7 am and at night it varies either at 9 or 7 or 6 at night I guess it is how much you pay for it. Extra would make it lower than 9 at night.Hope that helped
