  • (Geeky nitpic- Captain America isn't in the Justice League, but the Avengers) He has the "super-soldier serum" which gives him greater strength and reflex time. It also may have slowed his aging, but as he was just recently killed in the comics, that point is moot. He is trained in many multiple combat forms, and has an unbreakable shield that he can throw and will return to him after causing whatever damage he intended it to do.
  • Captain America had a very high intelligence as well as agility, strength, speed, endurance, and reaction time superior to any Olympic athlete who ever competed. The Super-Soldier formula that he had metabolized had enhanced all of his bodily functions to the peak of human efficiency. Most notably, his body eliminates the excessive build-up of fatigue-producing poisons in his muscles, granting him phenomenal endurance.
  • Fighting with a pautoon. NOt really sure just guessing.
  • He technically does no have any powers, the super-serum made him into peak human condition, but most non-powered superheroes are already in peak human condition, so while this probably a big thing when Cap was created back in the Golden age, it doesn't seem so great now. According to the Official handbook for the Marvel Universe, Cap can lift 800 pounds. By comparison Spider-man can lift about 10 tons. Cap's unique shield and the way he uses it defines him more than the his whole peak human abilities.
  • Peak human strength, speed, endurance, agility and reflexes. immunity to cellular crystallization when frozen. Phenomenal Leadership ability. Indestructible shield which he can use offensively as well as defensively. super human confidence and courage.
  • Technically, he doesn't actually have powers. But the Super Soldier Serum he was given has improved his physical abilities to the absolute peak of human potential. Actually...I should caveat that by saying that the FIRST Captain America -- Steve Rogers -- didn't have superpowers. There have been other men who have donned the mask and shield who HAVE had superpowers -- like John Walker (a.k.a. the U.S.Agent) who had been augmented with super-strength by the Power Broker and could bench press about 10 tons.
