  • Random. One day a 30 to 40 km mtb-bike ride, another push-mow the lawns on 10 to 20 deg slopes, yet another climb the mountain peak beside my house, if it's raining do a workout in my little gym I built. It all keeps my body as fit as it gets.
  • Wu Qin Xi: half hour. Pa-kua Chang: thirty minutes to hour. Zi Ran Men: thirty minutes. Fa-shu Tao: half hour. Iron Palm: half hour. Zhan Zhuang: half hour. Pretty much every day, except when sick or my back is out. On alternate days I add an hour of weaponry training. On weekend I skip the Pa-kua, Zi Ran Men and Fa-shu Tao and use that time for Neigung.
