Why is it that most (maybe all?) antidepressants make you dizzy or light-headed when you first start taking them? I've tried about 8 of them, and the light-headedness/dizziness was too much for me.

Yep, the side effects are not nice sometimes, but everyone is different, and you should remember that as your body gets used to them that the side effects stop, and you end up feeling so much better. Go back to your doctor, they can try different meds or starting the dose of small and building it up slowly, that worked for me. Good Luck, I know its hard, but the results are worth it :-)
