Pein form Naruto? Uuummm well I'm sorry but the answer is a spoiler, I watch the manga's on Youtube. Alright, Pein is Naruto's dad, the forth hokage. I'm not sure how he lived yet so yah....

Errr, its Pain if you refering to the naruto one. I don't know where anonymous gets his info but from the manga to date its still very very hard to tell. Jiraiya 1st suspects he is Nagato who has the Rinnegan eyes but after seeing all 6 of Pain's bodies, all with Rinnegan, starts to think there is a deeper secret to him. Jiraiya figures it out but doesn't say it directly, but rather leaves a code for Tsunade. What we do know is that all 6 bodies of Pain are connected to Jiraiya in some way so its safe to assume he's someone who he's met before. So my guess its Nagato or Yahiko who discovered a technique to meld different people together and share their abilities. Or maybe someone else from his past we haven't seen yet.

Man, I have absolutely no idea, but I really hope it is not Naruto's pop, though it would make one awesome fight, Naruto, sasuke and sakura vs Nagato or pein, whatever he is?

My guess is that Pein is the founder of the Ninja world and ninjutsu, they haven't said his name yet. If you read the manga at least chapter 370-382 you'll see that Jiraiya says the only person that had the Rin'negan was the founder of the Ninja world and ninjutsu. So basically he could be pein.

Pein is not the Yondaime. I know for certain that he is related to Naruto however. My guess is that Pein/Yahiko was Kushina's brother.
