Koopa Troopa Beach. You'll see a ramp (about a quarter of the way around an island) aimed at a hole in the side of the rock. YOU MUST HAVE A MUSHROOM TO USE THIS SHORTCUT! When you're going up the ramp, use the Mushroom and DO NOT OVERSTEER! I've hit the sides, the bottom, and everything else imaginable trying to get in there! Once you do, though, it's very much worth it. IT CUTS YOUR DISTANCE ALMOST IN HALF!!
