Ichigo, all he has to do is take Inuyasha soul and he wins instantly.

definetly ichigo because with his bankai and super speed, theres almost no way that inuyasha would live against him. Maybe he fight pose a challenge when inuyasha is in his full demon stage, but i still think that ichigo would win.

personally i think comparing fighting power over different anime always ends badly... different universes cant be compared. its as good as putting pikachuu up against vegita or a battle between bill gates and robocop (though i would love 2 see this one)

If you don't count Ichigo using his shinigami powers, I think InuYasha would win. His Tessaiga has the power to slay 100 yokai in one swing if he uses his Wind Scar technique. He even busted up Sesshomaru using it.
