• A bubble bath always works for me. Get some good smelling bath oil or bath salts and just soak away the worries.
  • Excersize. I know, I know, "blaaaa"..but I promise it helps. It sends energy to your brain (and your whole body), and helps you to relax and think'll feel better also because you lost a few calories instead of gained a few! Get up and try, at least for a few minutes. :)
  • when my bad day is INTENSE. I'll put my headphones on and go jogging or if i'm lazy i'll just put some hard rock and lay in bed
  • See if you can jump on one foot for a minute, then 2 minutes, then 3... Read a good book. Put on some nice loud music.
