I've had all sorts of things with peanut butter, things I wouldn't even had thought were possible to taste good so now I'm not so sure. I love it with pork and with chicken if there is a spicy Thai peanut sauce. I love it in mole, or on a salad, either cole type or Asian noodle. I've even had it on fish and beef and it was very good. I guess it might not be good with certain fruits, like watermelon, but I now it's great with most veggies.
