• One thing could be your diet. Do you eat a well-balanced diet? Or do you drink too much caffeine? Those are some things that I need had to ask myself when I was constantly tired/fatigued all day.
  • Usually it has to do with diet...what, when and how much you eat. Our blood sugar, which surges after lunch, drops in the afternoon and can cause that drowsy feeling. Sometimes something as simple as a low-carb, high protein snack in the afternoon can help. Try a few nuts or piece of reduced-fat cheese. However, there can be underlying medical reasons as well, so it would be a good idea to talk to your doctor about when you next see him/her.
  • Have your thyroid checked.
