That is one of the best smells in the whole world (not to mention tastes) The best is if you have a bread maker with a timer and you set it so your bread is ready when you wake up in the morning. That small is better than coffee any day.

I LOVE the smell of bread. It's really yummy. When I go to the grocery store, I love the bread isle just for this reason. I'm a dork.. but it smells good!

when I was young, we used to go to swimming training at 6am. On the way home, my father would stop at the bakery and buy us fresh bread rolls straight out of the oven. They were for our lunch, but we could not resist eating the centre out of them before we got home. Whenever I smell fresh bread, I always am transported back to childhood and the wonderful memories of dad buying us the rolls.

I always bake bread then when it comes out all steaming and warm with a smell that is heavenly. Also, when you put butter on staming warm bread and it melts on the bread. Delicious.
