• For pecs, one of the best methods are plain old chin ups. With hands facing foreward. 1st, try to do 10. Then wait 3 minutes, try to do 10 more. Wait 3 mintues, etc. Just three sets. At first you won't make it to ten on any of the trys. but just keep at it. Results will start to show within several weeks.
  • well im 14 and i have dumbells and i only got them recently i just strech first and then do a few and then wait a few mins and i do that a few times i do see a little difference and i hope soon enough ill see a big difference look for videos on youtube about wat ways you can lift them aswell
