Yes, when I was younger than I am now. Many of us would 2-4 day fasts with only water. It was for spiritual reasons related to sweat lodge ceremonies. The first day or so was really uncomfortable, but it soon became less so. I never did the vision quest thing that some of the non CA ndns did though. 3/10/26
