  • Nope, never had that problem. Mine has a replaceable bag that is easy to remove without a mess. But the vacuum cleaner itself does have a habit of running into things and getting stuck. I guess you can't have it all. I'm glad that yours rolls merrily along for you, happy house cleaning ! : )

  • Yes. Also, I still keep a pneumatic as it is better than the Dyson over fabrics and soft coverings. But hope you have fun with the Dyson all the same.
  • You'd be surprised how many bagless vacuums I find out on the curb. I think I know why. It can be very messy to clean all those filter areas. Its enough to have folks go back to using disposable filter bags.

  • I have done that with my sister's Dyson. It was good enough to remove the evidence, she doen't know it happened.
