• It depends on the amount he is suing for. The protester had a reasonable expectation of protesting in relative safety - whether or not he was violating any laws or policies. The player who tackled him was clearly in the wrong and should make restitution for his actions. The amount the protester is suing for determines whether he is looking for justice or to profit from the player's high salary.
