How to get over fear of roach despite successful pest control service
2 weeks ago I saw a roach on the wall. I fled my home to hotel right away.
I called orkins who did a great job. The guy put some spray in what he called "access points" -- near windows, doors, under dishwasher, laundry machine, in bathroom under sink and other places.
For 15 days not a single roach seen since. But I'm still super scared to go to the room where the roach was on the wall.
How do I start using my room now? Orkin man said roach is actually scared of humans and will run for cover if light turned on and so there's nothing to fear and you just have to get over their appearance.
But despite a successful pest control I lack the guts to use my room

Lizards are also effective at bug control.

they fly in..... so at night keep windows shut maybe.... i always put any packet foods in plastic bag and seal it after packet is opened,i dont want any nasty surprises lol..im scared of them too ..i have a can of spraY at the ready,,but anyways if you see one it will be sick ..i only see one now and then ,.,but as i said sick from poison ..i spray it heaps then to put it out of misery😕
