  • Pass on both of those. Cheese makes them limp and soggy. Ketchup covers up the flavor of the fries. Usually I use only salt. In ideal circumstances: salt and a sprinkling of malt vinegar.

  • I gave up "fried foods" and high fat meat in favor of better cholesterol numbers quite a while back. It didn't work for me, but the medication helped. However, back when I did eat fries I liked them plain if they were really good hot and crispy fries. But most of the time I liked them with my homemade sauce of mayo, bbq sauce and hot pepper. Chili cheese fries are good, too.

  • I've never tried French fries, English chips are good enough for me and I like tomato ketchup on them. Most people round here do.
