• No. A deed is the document conveying it from owner A to owner B and doesn't contain much more than the legal description, certain encumbrances, and a title reference. The title search, depending on your state, goes back maybe 50-60 years, not to the beginning of time. Only owners would be listed on that, not tenants, unless your state requires all leases to be recorded.
