If the stores run out of pork would you hunt a wild hog to feed your family/self?

I don't eat pork as a rule, but if I, or especially my family, was faced with starvation, then absolutely.

I'd ask around for those that did hunt, then offer money for what they have.

bostjan the adequate 🥉 But therein lies the conundrum. Kill a pig to prevent a baby from starving, or kill a baby to prevent a pig from being slaughtered. It's a negative-sum scenario, and there is no hypothetical solution to the hypothetical situation that prevents killing. -
Linda Joy Most of the animals you eat wouldn't have been bread and raised if there wasn't a demand for the meat.
