This is the way that the far left plans to extirpate the influence of the NRA from the government. The hingepoint of this seems to be "... The National Rifle Association musters its considerable wealth and organizational strength to promote gun ownership and incite gun owners to acts of violence..." except that one accusation most closely relevant to their argument is lacking in evidence.

Incites gun owners to violence. That's pretty funny. I like the quote I just saw about Alyssa Milano. She's said publicly that she's had two abortions, which means her vagina has killed more people than my 12+ guns.

Alyssa Milano, Whoopi Goldberg, Oprah Winfrey, Meryl Streep, Robert De Niro, George Clooney, Madonna, Kathy Griffin, Joy Behar and their gang should have been aborted.
  • That's because their 'tough gun laws' didn't work! How can there be a mass shooting in California? They have the toughest gun laws in the nation!? When are they going to realize its the minds of the killers that need to be fixed? I wouldn't put it past the left wingnuts to pay for mass killings just so they can disarm Americans.

The left is insane. That's taking away my car because you drove drunk, thinking. I find it utterly amazing that people cannot see the fault in their thinking.

Obnoxious cretin Bill Maher said he hopes the USA's economy crashes, so that he can be rid of Trump. Years ago, the majority of us in California voted against a proposition to give state funds to illegal aliens. Bill Maher said that was "just wrong".
  • That is "Gao Pei", as they say in Hong Kong. It is quite difficult to buy guns in California. What do I do about that? I just have dual residency in San Francisco and Houston. There are so many fine gunstores in Houston that I call about guns I want to buy. It wold take days to check them all. I find some stores are most likely to have what I want than others. For instance, some years ago, I wanted a CZ-75 (Czech Model 1975). Not many stores had one, and the US government put a heavy tariff on Soviet imports, so I found one at 3 stores priced at $1200. At last, I found one for $600. I bought many guns at that store, since it has a good selection for good prices. I have some copies of NRA magazines bought the last few years. They warn about anti-gun politicians. The main criticism I have is that they recommend some guns that are not so great. They test most handguns at 25 yards, but some are only tested at 7 yards. Why should I buy a gun that is only accurate to 7 yards, when I can own one that is accurate at 25 yards or more? I have an old Smith & Wesson "Bodyguard" compact .39 Special revolver with 2" barrel. The frame forms a hammer shroud. The new versions are hammerless, and that is a very bad idea. Why deliberately remove the option of much more accurate single-action shooting? Once, my cousin and I were firing our rifles at a 1000 yard target I had measured off. He said my ting "Bodyguard" would only shoot across the room. I poited to a stone about the size of my head that was by my 100 yard range. I cocked the hammer, held the little gun in both hands and hit that stone at 100 yards. He said that was a lucky shot, so in a few minutes a muskrat came out of a stream and was about 120 yards away. I shot it with my tiny S&W "Bodyguard". Why would I buy a double-action only that does well to shoot at 7 yards when I have one that shoots well at 120 yards? Media relies mainly upon advertising as its main source of income. As a result, magazines, newspapers & TV stations will highly praise any product that they are paid well to praise, even if it is junk. There are many guns I would never own. I wish some media could be honest about the guns it reviews. The NRA is not a domestic terrorist organization. It just sell out to advertisers. Many mindless Democrats are calling the NRA a domestic terrorist organization, and they call Trump racist, etc. The Democrats are the real terrorists and traitors.
  • Too little too late. It should be rounding up all NRA members and lobby groups and prosecuting them for their crimes. Just more weak America allowing "White Crime" to go unpunished.
    • Archie Bunker
And what crimes are NRA members and lobby groups committing that entails them being prosecuted? And what is "white crime?"
    • dalcocono
Ah yes comrade. In the tradition of Stalin and Castro and Mao, all good Marxists who also advocated "rounding up" citizens
  • The NRA is an old American organization that was started in 1871. It is nothing more than several million American citizens who join, donate and vote. They have trained countless American boys and girls in hunter safety, and in marksmanship. They once worked hand in hand with the American director of civilian marksmanship to provide surplus guns and ammo to Americans who wanted them. They support and defend the bill of rights. especially the 2nd amendment. San Fran is obviously trying to subvert the constitution for their own nefarious leftist programs in trying to call the NRA "terrorists". I suppose they will next designate the bill of rights as a "terrorist manifesto" too.
