  • Both 'good' and 'loosely' are subjective terms. I use it like other words when I feel it suits the situation. I don't recall any admonition that it is some sort of special word to be used sparingly. I like to use it generously when training children. They need encouragement and positive attention when they do something right. So maybe according to your subjective view of the word loosely my answer might be yes.
