• I have obsessive tendencies, but once I recognize they are becoming a problem in my life I can force myself to stop. When I preform the routine it brings peace and when I force myself to stop I feel anxious like something bad is going to happen. But when I have to force myself to stop I know intellectually that its really not likely the bad thing will happen and if I give into the temptation to perform the routine I will not be in control of my own actions.
