Would you like some Chile cheese fries with that?
  • Oatmeal by itself or with a touch of milk and sugar. Fruit. Nuts. Just milk. There are plenty of things to eat that are healthy.
  • Pint of beer and some pork scratchings.
  • fresh veggies (e.g. carrot sticks, celery sticks) are always good *** fruit and nut mix is really good for you. I really like the Second Nature "Wholesome Medley".
  • piece of fruit....small piece of cheese ... small handful of nuts ,but not heaps as nuts are fattening ...some vegies ya like...a boiled egg...
