  • I always keep fresh fruit around and go for that first. A baked sweet potato already cooked and sliced right out of the fridge. Dipping celery into a penut butter jar to name a few.......... And crystalized ginger!

      my son told me once he really liked it but didn't like the little strings in the celery so I started cutting them in bite-size pieces for him I know I pampered him too much sometimes

  • Nuts, almost any kind of nuts. No or low salt is better but whatever you like.

  • Oatmeal by itself or with a touch of milk and sugar. Fruit. Nuts. Just milk. There are plenty of things to eat that are healthy.
  • Pint of beer and some pork scratchings.
  • fresh veggies (e.g. carrot sticks, celery sticks) are always good *** fruit and nut mix is really good for you. I really like the Second Nature "Wholesome Medley".
  • piece of fruit....small piece of cheese ... small handful of nuts ,but not heaps as nuts are fattening ...some vegies ya like...a boiled egg...
