• I have some general advice for you. Even if you have to call tech support, it's generally a good idea to narrow down what might be the problem. So first, does this happen with other laptops plugged into the monitor? Then, do you have another DVI-HDMI adapter you can test? Do you have another monitor to test with that laptop? The more variations you try, the better your chances of narrowing down the exact items involved in the problem. Good luck!

      A noteable mention would be that it only happens when i split screen, not when i duplicate.
