• 1-9-2017 Genesis 17:14 "And the uncircumcised man child whose flesh of his foreskin is not circumcised, that soul shall be cut off from his people; he hath broken my covenant." The bible does not speak of faith until after Jesus Christ. Jews were instructed to "cut off" -- "disown" is a term dating from times of inheritance laws. The bible records plenty of examples of people worshiping other gods, but God gave them that choice. There was no punishment for choosing wrong.

No punishment except hell forever. What about people who were circumcised as a newborn?
