Winter Holiday Destinations. Where would you go ? South to a warm sunny beach, or North to snowy mountains & go skiing ?
Of course if you live "down under", then I guess the seasons would be reversed. : )

When I was single I used to go south but not always to a beach. My husband skis and goes to Hew Hampshire sometimes with his first wife who married a non-skier as well. I went a few times but all I ended up doing was floundering around in the snow and getting lost on the mountains. So now I stay home where I belong. And enjoy the comforts of home.

Ice man I'm pretty much a winter home body too. I haven't skied since I was a teen and don't much care for the cold anymore. -
