• Depends on the situation , being able to pay out $ 1,000 for auto insurance may be a issue since back not long ago , you were not allowed to have a car/truck that was worth over $2,000 .. so unless their are tons of children involved for the parent to feed , I doubt you could get food stamps ... I may be wrong ..

      I'm going to say NO you can not , having a car/truck is not a nessesity in the eyes of the government ( which sucks )
