    I saw this article on Extreme Tech http://www.extremetech.com/extreme/176625-60000-miles-up-geostationary-space-elevator-could-be-built-by-2035-says-new-study that says we could build it in 2035. That's pretty soon!

      You should watch it. It's pretty amazing the idea they could make an elevator to space. It brings the costs of getting things into space down tremendously.
