Is there a name for a phobia of the sound of knocking on the door and/or doorbells?

I don't think so, I had a good look at a phobia name website and there is nothing to find if you use the search terms "door, bell, knock". There are some amazing phobia's though, so I would check out the list anyway. http://www.phobialist.com/index.html Maybe the phobia of which you speak is so uncommon that it does not yet have a name.

I don't know about the knocking, but I do believe there is something referred to as "ringing vertigo" where the sound of bells give you vertigo (dizziness).
