• I've never heard this personally. If anything it will make you GAIN weight. Especially if you use whole milk. Bodybuilders drink tons of milk because it is full of protein and calories which promotes mass gains. If you not going to workout or do cardio, I wouldn't reccommend drinking excess amounts of milk. Stick to skim milk or 1% if you are looking to lose weight. Drink lot's of water or water inplace of milk because it has no nutrients or fats in it and is an appetite suppressant.
